The Start, Growth and E-Commerce plans cover care for an existing site or shop. I quote new builds and redesigns separately.

You have an existing site and need basic care: check Start. You need a WAF firewall, performance and database review, and broader maintenance: check Growth. You run a WooCommerce store and need responsibility for sales continuity: check E-Commerce. If you're still planning a new build, describe your project for a separate quote.

Not always. The E-Commerce price is a price for responsibility for sales continuity (work starting within 1 hour, incident repair within the care scope included in the price, checkout and payment optimization), not for the size of the store. A small WooCommerce store that does not need that responsibility is covered by Growth, meaning technical care without a one-hour start guarantee.

The plan sets the scope of care, and the mode sets the level of involvement. Automatic: The automated care system watches over your site daily. I step in after an alert or your request, with no guaranteed response time. With response: I take requests with a response within 24 working hours, and I start every request with a diagnosis included in the price. Active: I check your site myself and propose improvements before you notice a problem. Response within 8 working hours. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM-6:00 PM, excluding holidays.

The subscription pays for readiness: backups, monitoring, and controlled updates run every day, even when nothing is happening. A typical cleanup of an infected site takes from several to a dozen or so hours of work. That is why the subscription covers detection and diagnosis, while I quote the repair before starting and carry it out after your approval. In Automatic mode I get an alert. In With response mode the diagnosis is included (what happened, how big it is, how much work it takes) and the repair is quoted. In Active mode the diagnosis and emergency containment (cutting off the threat, restoring from a clean backup) are included, while cleanup and hardening are quoted. In the E-Commerce plan, incident repair within the care scope is included, excluding the effects of known issues from the starter audit, changes made without agreement, and external services such as hosting or the payment gateway.

OPT-SEC-CARE care combines technical maintenance, security, and performance. It includes controlled updates, off-server backups, and monitoring, and depending on your plan and mode also responding to requests and proposing improvements. The Start, Growth, and E-Commerce plans differ in scope, and the Automatic, With response, and Active modes differ in level of involvement.

Yes. The plan and mode adapt to whatever stage your business is at. When your site or store grows and needs a wider scope of care, we move to a higher plan starting the next billing period.

I do not sell hour pools. You pay for care, and you order development work and changes separately, at a price set before work starts. This covers new features, larger changes, and building a new site or rebuilding the current one, which I deliver as a one-time project, and you start a care plan right after launch. You get the scope and price for approval before I start, and subscription clients get a subscriber rate, lower than for one-off jobs, stated in the contract.

Yes. I work exclusively with WordPress and WooCommerce. I deliberately narrowed my technology scope, because deep specialization gets better results than surface-level knowledge of many systems. It lets me react faster, anticipate problems, and genuinely optimize existing projects.

Yes, I regularly take over projects from other agencies or freelancers. I always start with an audit to fully understand the existing technical situation before making any changes.
