- Repair after an incident (e.g. cleaning an infected site): the diagnosis of the request is included in the price, while I quote the repair separately, before starting the work.
- Growth proposals, new features, or section rebuilds: that's the Growth plan's scope, and development work is always ordered separately, at a price agreed before it starts.
- The WAF firewall, Core Web Vitals optimization and a WCAG accessibility review: available from the Growth plan up.
- The Active mode with regular recommendations: available from the Growth plan.

Automatic care costs €50 net per month: backups, updates and monitoring run every day. For €100 net per month I also respond to requests within 24 working hours. Work outside the subscription is quoted before we start, and I begin after your approval.

Billing is monthly, and the agreement renews period to period with a one-month notice period. You cancel with a single message.
To start, WordPress and FTP/SSH access is enough. For bigger work, I'll also need the database and server.
I can take over from another person or agency. I start with a check of the current state to fully understand the situation before changing anything.
The subscription pays for readiness: backups, monitoring and controlled updates run every day, even when nothing is happening. A typical cleanup of an infected site takes from a few to a dozen or so hours of work. That is why the subscription covers detection and diagnosis, while I quote the repair before starting and carry it out after your approval.
