Frequently asked questions
Both. The Start and Growth plans cover regular WordPress sites (Growth also covers a small WooCommerce store that does not need responsibility for sales continuity), and E-Commerce is a separate scope with responsibility for sales.
I start with an audit to fully understand the current state before changing anything. I regularly take over sites from other agencies and freelancers.
I usually roll out the first security and performance fixes in week 2–3 of working together, depending on the plan.
