How I work

I take full ownership of how your site runs

Since 2022 I've worked with businesses that treat their site or store as a real business tool.

I provide stability, security, and predictable growth.

The tools I work with

I treat a website as a system: the application layer, data, server, traffic, and measurement.

  • Edge & Traffic

    Cloudflare

A protection and performance layer in front of the server, configured to speed up the site while keeping dynamic elements fully functional.

  • system

    WordPress & WooCommerce

Runtime stability, post-update conflicts, bugs, and the things that actually affect sales and uptime.

  • applications

WordPress, clean code & page builders

Clean code or a page builder: I pick whichever suits the project, with no loyalty to a single tool. I make changes to existing sites without touching the architecture, and add ACF wherever editing content needs to be as simple as possible for the user.

  • backend

    CLI · SQL · CRON

Diagnostics at the source: server logs, processes, and scheduled jobs. That's the basis for optimizing the database and cron tasks.

  • performance

    Cache

Cache configuration in practice — with exceptions, WooCommerce consistency, and less load on the database and PHP.

  • Security

    Hardening

Security as a standard of work: limiting attack risk, controlling changes, and reacting fast to incidents.

  • Automation

    AI in practice

I use AI's full potential to speed up work and diagnostics, always keeping data secure and maintaining full control over what actually reaches production code.

Process

From first contact to a stable site

  1. 01 within 24h

    Contact & conversation

You describe what's happening with your site or store, I ask the questions that actually matter.

  2. 02 3–5 days

    Audit & quote

I check the code, database, and server. You get a clear quote and a concrete plan, everything agreed upfront.

  3. 03 depends on scope

    Controlled rollout

Changes go live gradually, with the option to roll back at every stage.

  4. 04 30 days min.

    Care & growth

I take responsibility for everything going forward: updates, backups, monitoring, and incident response.

How my approach evolved

My way of working wasn't built from trends or theory. It was shaped by projects where the key problems showed up after launch, exactly when ownership of the site stopped being clearly defined.

  • 2022 · Foundations

    Building sites and stores

Focused on WordPress/WooCommerce builds and learning the reality of it: different builders, different needs, different levels of execution quality. This was the stage where I learned what actually 'breaks' in practice.

  • 2023 · Scale and process

    Working with marketing agencies

Working inside an agency environment showed me the processes, the time pressure, and the typical places where marketing, client, and technology drift apart. I learned how to fix that without chaos.

  • 2024 · Turning point

Problems after handing the site to the client

Most problems started after launch: uncontrolled edits, random plugins, no care, no ownership. That's when I started building my own way of working.

  • 2025 · Priorities

Maintenance and real care for businesses

Today I focus on the stability, security, and growth of live sites and stores. Less 'building from scratch', more ownership of the system.
